Out of Hours Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Out of Hours Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities outside standard business hours, acting as the first point of contact for incidents, escalations, and urgent requests. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and capable of coordinating effective responses across multiple teams and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all out-of-hours operational issues, incidents, and alerts.

Monitor communication channels and systems to ensure timely identification and response to issues.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve incidents efficiently.

Escalate issues to senior management in line with agreed procedures where required.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and handover notes for continuity of operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, service level agreements, and escalation protocols.

Support business continuity and emergency response procedures outside normal working hours.

Complete administrative tasks related to this role where required.
Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in an out-of-hours, control room, operations, or coordination role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure.

Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
