FM Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and organised FM Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring buildings and services are safe, compliant, and efficiently maintained. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a practical understanding of FM operations, and experience managing contractors and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hard and soft facilities management activities across assigned sites.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Manage and monitor external contractors and service providers against agreed SLAs.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, risks, and improvement areas.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to FM activities.
Support facilities-related projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Complete administrative tasks related to this role where required.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant qualification or experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a facilities supervision or coordination role.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
